Hi Guys its been long time for any update, so here it is...

This was our team Project at Pixion. Especially this shot was a really lengthy and comparatively slow pullback, so we had lots of pain and fun adding detailing and meeting deadlines... finally it was worth watching on big screen.

for some (many) reasons i keep staring at this quick and simple piece. this was experimental output in photoshop to achive water color effect.
and this has hit the perfect tone of ultramarine blue, one of the favorite color in my watercolor palette.
I just love that watercolors flowing on handmade sheet.......

hi friends, back with one more personal piece.
this time got it more detailed, actually started in loose paint with target of 5-8 hrs, never intended to spend 3 days.
from long time; i wanted to paint storm and sea, so here it is. still i am not fully satisfied with it may be i will look for one more painting fully concentrated on water movement...

this is something right from bottom of my heart.. this concept was in my mind for more than 4 months, even once i started to work but cud'nt make to final. then suddenly 2 days back i saw clear image in my mind and just went on with that. every thing is almost painted except few plugs. i tried to get keyboard ready made but cud'nt get anything matching to my view, so that also painted manually. some where around 30 hrs, 2 days and a night, finished in one stretch. hummmm.. that's it, please feel free to comments.

hi friends,
after long time(long years), i started with watercolors once again. here i am putting most of 7 year old watercolor with one freshly done. i really wish to fill my blog with watercolors only, lets see what i will come up with.
i never restricted my self with media, thats a reason i didn't do watercolor for many years; because even though i was not painting physically, but i was living watercolors which kept me fresh.

My dear sweety,
it took me more than two years to paint first watercolor of my wife.
i think it was worth enough.

my friend Parag Godase, partner from glass to brush. this took 10-15 mins(what parag gave), this painting won me best watercolor award from Camlin and EUROPE ART TOUR.

I am very glad to put up these images.
this was my first project of its kind at PIXION.
Long back(student life) i had dreamed about seeing my drawings on big screen.
Umesh Kulkarni the director of film was very keen about not to showing any screen shot or incidence from film but he wanted to create the feel, a image of typical Maharashtrian village.
my challeng was to catch small details from day to day life of villagers.
brush and ink with halftone was(is) my favorite dish. which i trully enjoyed after long long time. fortunately VALU became big hit and highly appreciated for every aspect, including my drawings.
